About Us

Yeleen Production is a minority owned non-profit organization based in Seattle that provides African cultural entertainment in the Pacific Northwest.

Founded in 2010 under the name NDA Entertainment by Abdul Ndiaye, a young promoter from Burkina-Faso (West Africa) now based in Seattle, Yeleen Production became a non-profit organization in 2016. Our primary mission is to:

  • Produce live world music events for under-served and minority communities at low cost in the Greater Seattle Area

  • Serve as a platform to address specific human needs in West Africa as learned from its music and culture

Adbul Ndiaye
Executive Director
 

Abdoulaye Ndiaye is the founder and Executive Director of Yeleen Production. He is in charge of talent buying, live music performances, and events coordination.  Prior to founding Yeleen Production Abdul was the founder and CEO of NDA Entertainment, and a local DJ and music producer for 6 years. He has a background in Information Technology and previously studied science & engineering. 

Abdul's goal is to promote Afro-World music in the Pacific Northwest by producing and promoting live music concerts for undeserved communities and to raise awareness about humanitarian needs in Africa.

Matt Christie
Communications Manager
 

A Seattle native, Matt runs Yeleen Production's email marketing and social media communications, as well as produces and manages web content and promotional materials. He has an academic background in French language studies and has transitioned into a career in marketing communications.  He is excited to combine his passion for nonprofits with his love of music and Francophone cultures to help others connect with African and world music. In his free time Matt enjoys cooking, photography, playing soccer, and being outdoors in the Pacific northwest.
